Hi Everyone,

As we look forward hopefully to a move out of Level 4 and into Level 3 next week when we can start golfing again, we thought we would take this opportunity to remind you of what it looks like at that level.

At this stage the likely first day back will be Wednesday 22nd, The tee sheets are all ready to go! We will open these up at 6pm on Monday 20th as soon as there is confirmation of the date. This gives you the weekend to give the grips a scrub and the faces a polish and some more putts in the living room.

The restrictions that are put in place are those mandated by the Government so please do not take it out on the Staff or Club, we are just following the rules that will hopefully enable us to open up in the quickest timeframe once again.

We want everyone to be back out there as soon as possible enjoying the course and getting to stretch their legs once again. We are trying our best to be fair to everyone and will constantly look at amending any rules that are not working. Your cooperation is appreciated by everyone.

Level 3 Restrictions

  • When you arrive at the course, please wear a mask around the Clubhouse area and scan in using the QR code provided. If you do not have a smart phone, then you must sign in with the register.

  • 9 Holes only playing in singles or pairs from your HOME bubble. No exceptions. If you have a golfer who is not a Pupuke member in your bubble then they are able to play for a $10 course fee.

  • Please do not turn up without a booking. You will be disappointed.

  • Tee Bookings will be restricted to 3 per member or home bubble pairs over a 5-day period. This will be monitored, and if necessary, adjusted as time progresses.

  • Home bubble pairs booking multiple times will not be permitted. I.e. One person cannot book 9 holes in the morning and another in the afternoon.

  • The clubhouse and all related facilities including toilets will be closed.

  • All practice areas are closed. No practice anywhere on the course. Please only play one ball.

  • Score cards will not be issued.

  • The staff will be operating out of the sprig bar so the pro shop will be closed for purchases.

  • If you need to access your locker to get your clubs, please allow a bit of time so that we can let you in there to collect them. They then must be taken home with you.
