Pupuke provides guests with a one of a kind venue to host their event. Our facility is available for birthdays, seminars, cocktail parties, anniversaries and other private functions.

 

Our two function rooms can host everything from small seminars for a dozen people to a party for 140 guests.

PRIVATE FUNCTIONS

Pupuke provides a unique, private environment that is ideal to host your function or corporate event. With panoramic views over the golf course and Centennial Park reserve your event will have a guaranteed wow factor.

Our hospitality staff have numerous years of experience in looking after all types of functions. They are committed to working with each individual event host to ensure that every last detail is covered for the event and a first-class experience is provided.

BUSINESS FUNCTIONS

Pupuke is located just 10 minutes from central Auckland and 5 minutes from Takapuna on Auckland’s North Shore. With ample parking and easy access from across Auckland, Pupuke is ideally located to host your business event.

With two versatile rooms available we can accommodate any type of corporate function. Our superb facilities and magnificent views provide the perfect backdrop to your corporate function. Full bar and catering facilities are available ranging from light refreshments and canapes to breakfast, lunch or dinner options.

The Clubhouse features a large function room that can be converted into varying sizes to accommodate different sized groups. Our board room is ideal for smaller meetings and comes with a smart tv and wifi access included.

A newly renovated balcony area provides a welcome vantage point to take a break and grab some fresh air.

THE FUNCTION ROOM

The function room at Pupuke is capable of comfortably seating up to 140 people. It features beautiful views of Rangitoto, the golf course and Centennial Park that give the area a feeling of space and closeness to the surrounding nature.

The function room also boasts a stunning outdoor terrace with wonderful views over the Hauraki Gulf, ideal for taking a break from your event for some fresh air and to take in the surrounds of the nature of the North Shore.

The function room can be set up and designed for groups of any size. With movable structures available we are happy to work with you on your particular requirements to make sure that your event is laid out exactly to your specifications.

THE BOARD ROOM

Overlooking the Hauraki Gulf, our Board room provides an intimate and relaxing venue for small seminars or meetings. Full wifi access, white board and smart tv access means that every need is catered for. Catering facilities can be provided from light refreshments on arrival through to breakfast, lunch or dinner.
