Flat Day Out

We’re naming this after the epic music festival that once was Big Day Out.

This event is targeted at our “Millennial” squad – 19-32 year olds. Ok, you don’t actually have to be in the age bracket… you could be 18 or 33 for example… and you don’t actually have to be flatties, but it sounds cool right?

The aim is to have fun, no Pro golfing, just your regular Jane’s and Joes. This is amateur golf at its best. oh and you don’t need to be a member, everyone is welcome! Bring ya flatties! Bring the Mrs! (or Mr). This is a gender fluid scene and we will create a festival like atmos with a side of golf.

We’ll have the music pumpin’, drinks flowing, good food, and we’ll have our mates from Red Bull down for the day! Bring your UE Booms and crank ‘em while you go round, be comfy in your athleisure wear or wear your hat inside!

When: Sunday 27 February

Registrations: 1-1:30pm

Tee off: 2pm

Entry fee: $35*

*Entry gives you a round of 9-holes, a free Long White courtesy of our partners Asahi Beverages Ltd, plus entry to win awesome spot prizes!

Get in quick, limited to 90 people (cos we’re code red).

Golf format:

2pm Shot Gun start. (meaning yal tee off and get back  at the same time!)

Teams of 6. 3 players tee off, take the best ball. Then the next 3 players play the second shot, take the best ball…. etc – best ball and alternate shots all the way baby!

Carts available for $15! Book quickly, as we only have 18 available. Book via email golf@pupukegolf.co.nz.  

Code Red: Vaxed and non-vaxed humans can play golf, only vaxed humans can go in the Clubhouse.

Prizes: There are no winners… We will have spot prizes for teams on the day courtesy of our partners Asahi Beverages Ltd, Red Bull, Under Armour, Rebel Sport and North Beach.
