GROUP BOOKINGS AT PUPUKE

Planning a round for 16 or more players? We can reserve consecutive tee times for your group in advance.

Before making payment, you must first confirm your date, tee time and number of players with our Golf Team.

How to book:

1. Check availability

Email golf@pupukegolf.co.nz with your preferred date, tee time and approximate number of players.

2. We’ll confirm your booking details

Our team will confirm availability, the number of tee times required and the applicable green fee rate.

3. Secure your booking

Once confirmed by our team, return to this page and complete payment. Your tee times are secured once payment has been received.

FAQ: What about members?

The benefit of a group booking is securing your tee times in advance for your group. Payment is made based on the tee times reserved; if Pupuke members are included in your group, we’ll review the final tee sheet and reimburse the applicable member discount.

IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION

Group bookings are charged based on the number of tee times reserved, with up to four players per tee time.

For example, 16 players require four tee times. If your group later reduces to 15 players, you still require four tee times and the booking cost remains unchanged. This is because the tee times have been specifically reserved for your group and we cannot reasonably fill individual spaces with other green-fee players.

Additional players can be added where tee-time availability allows, with any additional green fees payable prior to play.

CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES

If your numbers reduce enough that fewer tee times are required, please let us know more than 7 days before your booking. You may then be eligible for a refund or Club credit for the released tee time(s), subject to approval.

Any tee times cancelled or released within 7 days of your booking are non-refundable.

No refunds or credits are provided for individual players who do not attend where the same number of tee times is still required.

WEATHER

Golf will proceed in normal inclement weather, including rain or wind.

If Pupuke Golf Club determines that the course is closed, unplayable or unsafe, we will work with you to reschedule your booking or provide a Club credit or refund. Decisions regarding course playability are made by Pupuke Golf Club. This follows the same weather approach used for our golf-day bookings.

ON THE DAY

Please ensure your group arrives with enough time to check in and be ready to play at your confirmed tee time. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee an alternative tee time for late arrivals.
