In simple terms, they are the next generation of golfers, our next generation of members. Our junior membership base is currently underrepresented when looking at the average across New Zealand.
Our bullseye audience is;
• Tamariki (5-11 year olds)
• Rangatahi (12-18 year olds)

This plan is in place to future proof the game for the kids, so they build life skills on the course. We will enhance our junior members experience at Pupuke, and create experiences that inspire a lifelong love of the game.
The intention is to create an environment where junior golf can thrive by providing opportunities for kids of any age, gender, ability or background to participate and develop their talents to whatever level they aspire. Participation is at the heart of our programme.
We want to harness and empower young people to learn at their own pace, meet new friends and provide them and their families occasions to learn and play together. We support Sport NZ's philosophy that Balance is Better and with the support of Golf NZ we will bring this plan to life.
NEW TO GOLF - JUNIOR PROGRAMMES
Pupuke prides itself on its new to golf programmes. We offer School Holiday Programmes almost every term holidays (exccept in December) and After School Programmes each term for our tamariki and rangatahi. All our junior programmes can be found here when they are live. Or email us at golf@pupukegolf.co.nz to get on our database and receive the latest news when our programmes are released for purchase.

Juniors

CLUB DAYS
Every Sunday morning between 8:22 and 8:50 our juniors can enjoy some alone tee-time. Our bunch of energized juniors hit the course during this time for a fun day out with their peers. Up for grabs each week are Player of the Day prizes thanks to our friends at Sals Pizza!
Hosted by our Junior Director, John Kavanagh, and supported by parents, your kids are bound to have a great day out!
