GOLF AT PUPUKE
Boasting two New Zealand Open winners in Lydia Ko and Mike Hendry from their ranks you can see why it has the reputation as the course that creates champions.
The undulating terrain and small target areas mean Pupuke provides a stern but fair test to all levels of golfer. We welcome both members and green fee players to come and test themselves at Pupuke.
BECOME A MEMBER
The culture of Pupuke is such that many of its members came for a single round of golf and ended up being so enthused by the passion, enthusiasm and warmth of the staff and members that membership was the logical next step.

Pupuke strives to provide a friendly, relaxed and inclusive golfing and social environment. We aim to positively interact and contribute to our members lives.

Pupuke is built on the member’s passion for golf and the accompanying social camaraderie off the course.
ENVIRONMENT
Pupuke forms the greater part of Centennial Park, which is a Recreational Reserve on Auckland’s North Shore. Our aim is to develop an environment that provides golfers with first class facilities whilst protecting local vegetation and flora and also providing a sanctuary for wildlife.

Pupuke provides recreational opportunities not just for golfers but also the wider community, with walking tracks through regenerating native bush with flourishing birdlife.

Pupuke boasts some of the most spectacular views of the Hauraki Gulf and Rangitoto Island. The rolling hills, elevated greens, beautiful native parks gives the player a true relief from their hectic daily grind whilst playing the game they love.

Pupuke takes great pride in its approach to environmental issues. We work closely with The Centennial Park Bush Society to maintain the course and its surrounding environment. We are also currently working on obtaining our Geo Certification qualifications that would enable us to be one of the first in New Zealand to hold such a qualification.

FACILITIES
Pupuke boasts extensive on course and off course facilities. Members and guests have access to a 200m plus driving range, two short game areas, a motorised cart fleet, bar and kitchen facilities.

All of this a short 15 minute drive from the centre of Auckland. Pupuke prides itself on providing these facilities in a hospitable and friendly environment.
COURSE CARE
Our greenkeepers work tirelessly throughout the year to ensure that Pupuke is presented to its members and guests in the best possible shape. We ask that all players take a few moments during the round to ensure that everybody enjoys the same conditions.

A course is judged on its condition from tee to green and our staff work hard to ensure that Pupuke is presented in the best possible way to all our players. Please take a few moments to repair not only your own pitch marks but any others that you may see on the green.
Please repair your divots on the fairways. The quicker a divot is repaired then the quicker it will grow back.

The rakes in bunkers are not for show but should be used every time you stray in to one.

We at Pupuke live by the mantra that “Courtesy costs nothing” so please have consideration for your fellow players.
